Chef

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Chef to join our team in Charleville, QLD. This is an excellent opportunity to secure a full-time role within a welcoming regional community.

Requirements (Essential):

• Minimum of 2 years of verifiable experience in a similar role
• Formal qualifications in Hospitality and/or Commercial Cookery
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to work independently and manage kitchen staff
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a wide range of meals, maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene, and consistency
• Plan and develop menus
• Manage kitchen inventory, supplies, and stock levels
• Uphold cleanliness and adhere to food safety regulations
• Cater to dietary requirements and ensure a positive dining experience for guests
