Company Description

Inspiring Girls Australia is dedicated to raising the aspirations of young girls by connecting them with female role models from diverse backgrounds and professions. Our programs aim to inspire and empower girls to achieve their full potential.

Role Description

This is a volunteer role for a School Program Role Model. As a role Model, you will engage with young girls in school settings, sharing your personal and professional experiences to inspire and mentor. This is an on-site role located in Melbourne, Victoria.

Key Responsibilities

  • Watch our recorded 40-minute role model induction session with our trainers to get a full understanding of the program.
  • Share your professional experiences and insights, serving as a positive role model for students.
  • Collaborate with school program presenters to ensure smooth program delivery.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and public speaking skills
  • Passionate about inspiring and empowering young girls.
  • Ability to engage and motivate students.
  • Able to commute to school of choice
  • For LEAD-HER-SHIP: Be in these professions/work field: Doctor, lawyer, CEO, sports, construction work
