What you'll be doing

  • Providing high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years
  • Planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate activities and programs that support children's learning and development
  • Observing and documenting children's progress to inform individualised learning plans
  • Building strong relationships with children and their families
  • Ensuring a safe, clean and welcoming learning environment
  • Adhering to all relevant childcare regulations and policies

What we're looking for

  • Relevant childcare qualification (e.g. Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care)
  • Experience working in a childcare or early learning environment
  • A genuine passion for supporting children's development and wellbeing
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Creativity and enthusiasm for planning engaging activities
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a close-knit team
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification
