What You'll Do

As a Trainee Early Childhood Educator, you will:

• Actively progress in your Certificate III studies while applying your learning each day
• Provide an inspiring and nurturing environment where children can thrive
• Build positive, respectful partnerships with children, families, and colleagues
• Work collaboratively within a passionate and professional team
• Be recognised under the National Quality Framework as actively working towards your qualification – counting towards educator-to-child ratios from day one

• Eligibility: Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
• Working With Children Check (WWCC) - applicable for applicant over 18 years old
