As our highly valued Teacher/Director with our C&K Mossman team, you'll nurture an inclusive, collaborative and supportive team culture where everyone can belong, grow and thrive.

Nestled at the gateway to the breathtaking Daintree Rainforest, this part-time opportunity offers the perfect balance of career and lifestyle. You'll be guiding 22 eager young learners in the magical year before they start school, setting them up for success in their lifelong learning journey. You won't be doing it alone—you'll have the support of a dedicated and highly experienced assistant, working alongside you to create an engaging and nurturing environment where children can thrive.

With extra programming and non-contact time, you'll have the space to develop and deliver an inspiring learning program—while enjoying the incredible beauty of tropical North Queensland. Immerse yourself in the local culture, build lasting relationships with families, and create meaningful experiences in a centre that celebrates nature, exploration, and connection.

What you'll bring

If you're committed to guiding children's early learning and development, we'll set you up for success

We strongly uphold our child safety policies and procedures. To thrive and succeed in this role, you will have:

• An ACECQA approved Bachelor's Degree of Early Childhood Education or equivalent
• First Aid, CPR and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification.
• Valid Blue Card or Exemption Card.
• Current Police Check
• Knowledge of the National Quality Framework and Standards and the Early Years Learning Framework and Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guide.
