SPS Facilities is seeking a reliable and motivated Commercial Cleaner to join our team in Mundingburra, Townsville QLD. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for a permanent part-time role with a supportive company that values its people and the spaces we care for.

  • Location: Mundingburra, Townsville QLD
  • Type: Permanent Part-Time
  • Roster: Monday to Friday
  • Hours: 9:30am – 11:30am
  • Vacancies: 1

�� Key Responsibilities

  • Cleaning and maintaining a main office facility
  • Kitchens, restrooms, showers, and offices
  • Mopping, vacuuming, dusting, disinfecting
  • Emptying bins and replacing liners
  • Restocking consumables (soap, paper towels, toilet tissue, etc.)
  • Safe use of cleaning equipment
  • Following cleaning schedules and safety procedures
  • Passing client vetting prior to commencement

About You

  • Previous cleaning experience (preferred but not essential)
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
  • Able to work independently and communicate clearly
  • Hold a current National Police Clearance (or willing to obtain)
  • Reliable transport and commitment to safety standards
