We're on the lookout for a
Senior JavaScript Developer
to take the technical lead on complex front-end and full-stack projects at one of the leading agency in Perth.

In this role, you'll set the standard for modern web application builds, work closely with headless CMS platforms, and mentor a talented development team.

What You'll Do

  • Lead, plan, and deliver
    JavaScript-driven solutions
    across web and mobile projects.
  • Architect
    high-performing, scalable applications
    that look great and run seamlessly.
  • Design and integrate
    headless CMS
    architectures and supporting systems.
  • Maintain
    exceptional code quality
    through testing, documentation, and review.
  • Apply
    best-practice security principles
    to protect our products and users.
  • Collaborate with designers, developers, clients, and stakeholders to bring ideas to life.
  • Work closely with the
    Technical Director
    to ensure project outcomes align with Humaan's technical and strategic goals.
  • Mentor and guide
    junior developers, fostering collaboration and growth within the team.

What We're Looking For

  • 4+ years of experience in
    JavaScript development
    , ideally in an agency or product setting.
  • Proven expertise in

    (experience with

    and
    React Native
    highly valued).
  • Solid experience working with
    headless CMS platforms
    .
  • Strong grasp of modern
    JavaScript tooling
    , testing frameworks, and build processes.
  • Understanding of
    performance optimisation

  • Familiarity with
    security fundamentals
    and proactive in managing vulnerabilities.
  • Excellent
    communication skills

  • Experience
