Type: Fixed Term Part Time (12 month contract)

Shifts: Monday, Thursday & Friday - 08:30 - 16:30

About the Role

Eldercare Cottage Grove at Woodcroft has an opportunity for a warm, enthusiastic, and customer-focused superstar to be the welcoming face of our residential aged care site.

In this dynamic role, you'll deliver exceptional front-line service with a friendly smile - supporting residents, families, staff, and visitors alike.

Beyond reception, you'll play a key part in keeping the site running smoothly, assisting with recruitment, ordering supplies, managing records, and supporting daily accounting tasks. If you love variety, thrive on connection, and take pride in making people feel valued, we'd love to meet you

Your responsibilities will include:

Front-of-House Excellence - Be the welcoming face of the site - delivering top-notch reception service, supporting visitors and staff, and keeping things running smoothly with a smile.

Administrative All-Rounder - Provide vital support to Site Operations Managers, manage key systems (admissions, contracts), and ensure all admin tasks follow best practices and policies.

Finance & Resident - Handle billing, claims, and reconciliations with care and accuracy, while helping residents access their funds and navigate financial systems.

People & Culture - Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and staff support - from timesheets to performance reviews - while helping create a positive workplace experience.

Property & Facilities - Coordinate maintenance requests, support building works including purchasing, resident moves, communication, and ensure residents and staff enjoy a safe, well-managed environment.
