We are seeking a
Full Stack Developer
to join the
PDMS team
, delivering high-quality digital solutions that support Whole-of-Government service obligations. This role requires strong technical skills across both front-end and back-end development in an agile, enterprise environment.

About the Role

As a Full Stack Developer, you will:

  • Work across the technology stack, from user interface through to back-end services and databases.
  • Collaborate with product managers, scrum masters, testers, designers, and developers in an agile team.
  • Translate technical requirements into scalable, robust, and user-focused solutions.
  • Contribute to iterative development cycles, ensuring continuous delivery of value to users.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop secure, fit-for-purpose code aligned to coding standards.
  • Implement new functionality across front-end, server-side, and database layers.
  • Conduct peer code reviews and incorporate feedback.
  • Prepare and maintain technical and release documentation.
  • Investigate and resolve technical issues.
  • Deploy solutions across multiple environments.
  • Mentor and upskill APS staff to build internal capability.
  • Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Technical Skills

  • Essential:
  • C#, ASP.Net, SQL Server, Windows Server, PowerShell, SharePoint
  • Angular, JavaScript/TypeScript
  • Azure DevOps, Git repositories
  • Responsive design principles, WCAG compliance, unit testing
  • Desirable:
  • Experience with enterprise-scale applications in government or regulated environments.
