Our client is looking for a Senior Java  Full Stack developer to join its team on an initial 6 month contract.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop responsive and dynamic user interfaces with HTML, CSS, SCSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript using Angular and React.
  • Develop and implement high-quality, scalable front-end and back-end solutions using modern technologies.
  • Conduct unit, integration, and performance testing to ensure solutions meet functional and non-functional requirements
  • Advanced knowledge of ES6+ features and TypeScript.
  • Create custom responsive UI layouts without CSS frameworks.
  • Manage dependencies and optimize build processes with npm or other tools.
  • Extensive experience building SPAs with Angular architecture, RxJS, and Angular CLI.
  • Integrate Single Sign On or OAuth authentication flows.
  • Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong understanding of git and branching strategies.
  • Design and implement RESTful services in Java using Spring or Quarkus.
  • Proficient with OpenAPI specification for RESTful APIs.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Computer Science or related discipline
  • Experience working with jQuery, Angular and React
  • Solid understanding of Object-Oriented techniques, design patterns and frameworks
  • Specialist/Technical skills:
  • Angular 12+
  • HTML, CSS and SCSS
  • JavaScript, TypeScript, Node/NPM
  • Java, Spring, JEE, JAX-RS, OAS 3.0, Resteasy
  • UX design principles
  • Experience with performance optimization best practices and utilising tools for analysing
