The Team:
Located in the heart of Enoggera, our vibrant childcare center provides a nurturing environment for up to 75 children, thoughtfully divided into nursery, toddler, and preschool rooms. Open from 6:30 am to 5:30 pm on weekdays, we are committed to delivering high-quality early education. Our dedicated leadership team leads by example, offering hands-on support to educators and fostering a collaborative, enriching workplace.
The Role:
- Support children's learning and development by implementing engaging, age-appropriate experiences.
- Create a safe and inclusive environment where all children feel valued and supported.
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues to create a collaborative community.
- Maintain compliance with regulations and best practices, ensuring a high standard of care and education.
- Work as part of a dynamic team, contributing ideas and maintaining a positive, professional attitude.
We are looking for educators to join our team. Positions are available in our Nursery room, and Toddler room.
This is a Monday to Friday opportunity, working 37.5 hours a week.
Casual positions are also available.
What we are looking for:
- Completion of a Certificate 3 or Diploma in Early Childhood Education
- Current working with children check
- A passion for early childhood education, a collaborative mindset, and a positive attitude
- Strong communication skills and a person-centered approach
- Flexible with a can-do approach
Incentives:
