Head of Product - Melbourne, AU

CFD/FX Fintech Industry

Our client is looking for a
Head of Product
to own the product vision and execution. Working with with the Head of Engineering and internal teams, he/she will build a product that delights customers and sets the team apart in the market.

  • Define and execute the product strategy, aligning the roadmap with market opportunities and business goals.
  • Lead the entire product lifecycle, from initial concept to launch and iteration, ensuring that products deliver exceptional user value.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, sales, and marketing to build and launch innovative products that position the company as a market leader.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience overseeing the entire product development lifecycle in a dynamic environment.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of driving cross-functional teams toward a shared vision.
  • Strong technical acumen and the ability to effectively communicate with engineers.
  • A deep understanding of product marketing and how to position a product as a leader in its segment.
  • Experience in the finance or crypto industry is a significant plus.
