United Supports is looking for a motivated and organised Coordinator of Supports to join our friendly and easy-going team in Tuggerah. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in the NDIS sector who is passionate about supporting participants to achieve their goals.

About the Role

As a Coordinator of Supports, you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting NDIS participants to understand and implement their NDIS plans
  • Connecting participants with appropriate services and supports
  • Coordinating mainstream, informal, and funded supports
  • Monitoring progress and ensuring supports remain aligned with participant goals
  • Working collaboratively with internal teams, providers, and stakeholders
  • Suite provided (laptop, phone, generous car allowance)

This role offers part-time employment at full-time hours for the right candidate.

What We're Looking For

We're after someone who:

  • Has previous experience as an NDIS Support Coordinator and/or in a similar role within the Disability/NDIS Sector.
  • Communicates clearly and effectively with participants, families, and service providers
  • Is organised, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
  • Has confidence using Microsoft Word, Excel, SharePoint, and PRODA (not essential but preferred)
