Whether you're already in optics or you've got serious retail skills and are ready for a new challenge, this is your chance to step into a role with real impact.

What you'll be doing

  • Helping customers find eyewear that feels great, looks great, and suits their lifestyle
  • Measuring and fitting frames with accuracy (and a bit of style)
  • Processing orders and making sure eyewear gets to patients on time
  • Keeping the dispensary organised and well-presented
  • Working closely with optometrists and teammates to create a seamless experience
  • Building relationships that keep customers coming back for you
What we're looking for
  • Previous Optical Dispenser experience or strong retail/customer service background with a drive to learn
  • A people-first approach and genuine passion for customer care
  • Great attention to detail and accuracy
  • Confidence with tech, dispensing equipment, and POS systems
  • Flexibility to work part-time, up 20 hours a week, including weekends
