The Role

We are seeking casual customer service (Bingo/ Charity Housie) workers to take roles running / supervising our Bingo and Charity Housie sessions in various locations throughout Bexley, Ramsgate and Ashfield.

What you'll be doing:

  • Delivering outstanding customer service and building rapport with patrons and club staff.
  • Setting up equipment, managing sales, and reconciling takings.
  • Calculating prize money and recording session details.

What we're looking for:

Essential:

  • Current driver's licence and access to an insured vehicle.
  • A friendly, reliable, and well-presented approach.
  • Customer service skills and confidence with people.
  • Access to a laptop and mobile phone.
  • Ability to lift up to 15kg.

Desirable:

  • Daytime availability.
  • Willingness to work a flexible roster (including some nights and weekends).
  • Microphone or event experience.
  • Knowledge of Bingo/Housie.
