What You'll Be Doing:

  • Supervise and work alongside your crew on daily projects
  • Plan and allocate jobs, ensuring each site runs on time and to spec
  • Keep standards high — zero rework, zero safety incidents
  • Lead toolbox talks, set expectations, and hold the team accountable
  • Communicate clearly with clients, crew, and management
  • Tow a trailer and manage on-site equipment effectively

What We're Looking For:

  • Experienced trade operator with
    line marking experience or very close to it
  • White Card – must have
  • Hands-on leader who motivates and sets the tone on-site
  • Reliable, organised, and calm under pressure
  • Great communicator with strong problem-solving ability
  • Positive, "how can we" attitude — brings solutions, not excuses
  • Valid driver's licence and experience towing a trailer

Pay & Perks:
$75,000–$80,000 base (for the right applicant)
