What You Will Be Doing

We are looking for a Senior Legal Counsel to join our in-house legal team, our team is a small, collaborative group dedicated to supporting the delivery of safe, high-quality healthcare. As the Senior Legal Counsel, you'll work closely with the General Counsel, Legal Counsels, Junior Legal Counsel, and Paralegals in a supportive environment that values teamwork, professional growth, and shared purpose.

You'll be supporting the General Counsel to provide expert legal advice on a diverse range of legal areas, including health law, medico-legal issues, contracts, privacy, litigation, and more — making each day intellectually stimulating and impactful.

What You Need

We anticipate you will have:

• Admitted as an Australian Legal Practitioner and hold a Practicing Certificate
• Minimum 5 Years Post Admission Experience
• Demonstrated experience in providing specialist legal advice to senior managers on contractual and commercial arrangements, including procurement contracts, leasing and service agreements
