Key Criteria (What Our Client is Looking For)
  1. Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) Registration: Current full registration or Provisionally registered is essential.
  2. Relevant Qualifications: A recognised qualification in Secondary Education with a strong Maths teaching method.
  3. Demonstrated Success: Proven ability to engage students, manage a classroom effectively, and achieve strong student learning growth.
  4. Collaboration: A team player who is keen to share best practices and contribute to faculty planning.
