Wetherill Park NSW, Australia For Health Group Full time $80,000 - $120,000 per year

Ready to take the reins and steer something meaningful? We're a fast-growing, purpose-driven occupational health provider on a mission to make workplaces safer, healthier, and happier. Now, we're looking for an Occupation Health Nurse who's just as passionate about people as they are about performance. As our new Occupational Health Nurse at our flagship Wetherill Park practice, you will be the clinical heartbeat of our business—guiding workflow, building relationships, and ensuring we're always delivering with excellence.

We need someone who is dynamic, can work on the fly and is equally comfortable undertaking health assessments as they are responding to non-emergent trauma.

Why Join Us?

  • Be part of an expanding national business with huge momentum.
  • Make a real difference in the lives of working Australians ensuring they get home safely at the end of each day.
  • Work with a supportive, down-to-earth leadership team who value your voice.
  • Enjoy flexibility, variety, and plenty of room to grow.

Role Purpose:

As our Occupational Health Nurse you will be accountable for the clinical success of the Wetherill Park practice. You will manage everything from treatment room compliance to candidate experience, ensuring that the clinic operates smoothly, efficiently, and to the highest clinical standard. Your leadership will empower our clinical teams to focus on their core responsibilities while driving service excellence, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead our Wetherill team with authenticity, empathy, and the occasional bad joke
  • Manage relationships like a pro (doctors, clinicians, customers and everyone in between)
  • Bring calm to the chaos and structure to our growing team
  • Lead initiatives to enhance the quality of services provided to both patients and clients.
  • Maintain treatment rooms, manage stock, and ensure compliance with sterilisation and safety protocols.
  • Support occupational health assessment, triage of non-emergent injuries, and collaborate across clinical teams.

About you:

  • Qualifications: Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (RN)
  • Experience/ Skills / Attributes
  • Proven experience (minimum 4 years) in successfully leading clinical assessments and working in a GP treatment room, preferably with occupational health exposure
  • Extensive experience in improving customer experiences and operational efficiency.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and time management skills
  • Experience with stakeholder engagement and building strong relationships.
  • Basic computer literacy and attention to detail
  • A sense of humour and a healthy obsession with good coffee

If you're ready to roll up your sleeves, laugh a little (or a lot), and lead with purpose—we want to hear from you. Apply Now

Submit your resume and a cover letter detailing your experience and why you would be a great fit for this role. We look forward to welcoming a new member to our team
