Key responsibilities will include:

  • Adhering to safe systems of work
  • Weighbridge Operations
  • Supporting Sales / Transport Team
  • Administration Duties
  • Communication via UHF two-way radio
  • General reception and admin tasks
  • Answer phones and email enquiries
  • Strong administration and numerical skills
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • Enjoy working independently and with a team
  • Operate a computerised weighbridge
  • Record all vehicles entering and leaving site
  • Issue dockets and invoices
  • EFTPOS transactions

To be considered you must be willing to work the required hours (6 am - 4 pm, Mon - Fri) and demonstrate

  • Customer service experience
  • Proficient computer knowledge
  • Be able to work autonomously & problem solve
  • Be reliable, responsible and hard working
  • High attention to detail and can learn new skills quickly
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, busy environment
  • Plant operating exposure or experience valued but not essential
