We're looking for an
Infrastructure & Systems Engineer
to help design, build, and optimise the systems that power our trading and research operations.
You'll take ownership of infrastructure choices — from evaluating hardware and networking options to monitoring and optimising production environments — ensuring that every layer of the system is robust, scalable, and fast.
What You'll Do
- Design and deploy new infrastructure for trading, research, and data systems.
- Evaluate and recommend optimal hardware, networking, and co-location setups.
- Optimise system performance, latency, and reliability across environments.
- Work closely with trading, quant, and software teams to align infrastructure with strategy.
- Own lifecycle management — from initial deployment to refresh and scaling.
What You Bring
- Strong background in systems or infrastructure engineering (Linux, networking, hardware).
- Experience building or supporting high-performance, low-latency systems.
- Deep understanding of servers and network hardware; able to evaluate trade-offs in cost, speed, and stability.
- A builder's mindset — curious, pragmatic, and decisive.
- Experience in trading, or latency-sensitive environments.
