As a national, not for profit, they provide services and programs that span employment, training, disability, youth, allied health and social enterprise. They offer practical solutions that empower people to build better futures.
Due to growth within their organisation, they are looking for expressions of interest across 4 key roles:
Community Engagement Specialist / Employer Relationship Manager / Employment Coach / In-work Support Coach - across Sydney, Ballarat, Brisbane & the Gold Coast.
Key across all roles includes:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Strong organisational and administrative skills, including report writing and data management.
- Experience working in disability employment services sector - beneficial
- Knowledge of disability inclusion practices and relevant legislation - beneficial
- Strong understanding of the challenges and barriers faced by people with disability in the workplace

Community Engagement Specialist:
The role of the Community Engagement Specialist is to develop and maintain strong relationships with local community organisations, schools, health agencies, NDIS providers, Council, employers, and complementary services to enhance employment opportunities for people with disability.
- Experience in community engagement, sales / marketing, or business development preferably employment services or disability support
- Proven capability to plan and execute engagement initiatives that align with organisational and funding contract objectives.
- Background in marketing, public relations, or community development
Employer Relationship Manager:
The role of the Employer Relationship Manager is to develop, maintain and enhance partnerships with employers and industry bodies to secure new business opportunities that enhance employment opportunities for people with disability. The Employer Relationship Manager will promote inclusive hiring practices, support business with workforce solutions, and ensure successful job placements for job seeker
- Experience in business development, employer engagement, or relationship management preferably employment services or disability support
- Proven capability to develop and implement employer engagement strategies.
- Background in sales, marketing or workforce development
Employment Coach:
The Employment Coach plays a crucial role in supporting people with disability to achieve sustainable and meaningful employment outcomes. By engaging with participants and family / carers via person-centred case management, the Employment Coach will build trust and adapt support to disclosed barriers and changing needs. The Employment Coach is the key point of contact for participants and will work closely to co-design a job plan that builds capacity for employment.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills, including proficiency in case management systems.
- Ability to work in a target-driven and compliance-focused environment.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with job seekers, employers, and stakeholders.
- Experience in employment services, recruitment, or disability support.
- Knowledge of the Disability Employment Services (DES) program and funding model.
- Qualifications in employment services, disability support, community services, or related fields.
In-work Support Coach:
The role of the In Work Support Coach is to provide post-placement and ongoing support to people with disability who have secured employment through their program. The In Work Support Coach will ensure that people are supported to thrive in sustainable employment by addressing workplace challenges; referring to external supports as required; and delivering tailored post-placement support.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills, including proficiency in case management systems.
- Demonstrated experience in providing compassionate, empathetic, and respectful customer service
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with job seekers, employers, and stakeholders.
- Experience in employment services, recruitment, or disability support.
- Experience in delivering post-placement support services - beneficial
- Qualifications in employment services, disability support, community services, or related fields.
