Job Description
As Veterinary Director, you will:
- Lead and mentor a team of veterinarians and support staff, cultivating a positive and inclusive clinic culture.
- Oversee clinical operations, ensuring excellence in patient care and client service.
- Build strong relationships with clients and the local community.
- Collaborate with the wider Greencross network to drive clinical standards and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
What We're Looking For
- BVSc or equivalent, with registration to practice in Western Australia.
- Proven leadership experience or a strong desire to step into a leadership role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A commitment to professional development—for yourself and your team.
