Job description:

• Immediate Starts Available - Townsville Site Based
• 3x Full-Time Roles Available for Immediate Start
• Competitive Hourly Rate

Tip Top Townsville are currently seeking Full-Time Production Operators to join the Townsville team. As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for operating machinery, ensuring our production runs smoothly, and adhering food safety standards in an FMCG manufacturing environment. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Rosters:

• Sunday (2:00am - 1:00pm), Monday (2:00am - 11:00am), Wednesday (5:00pm- 3:00am) & Thursday (5:00pm- 3:00am)
• Sunday (4:30am - 3:30pm), Monday (4:30am - 1:30pm), Wednesday (7:30pm - 5:30am) & Thursday (7:30pm - 5:30am)
• Sunday (5:00am - 1:30pm), Tuesday (6:50am - 12:30pm), Wednesday (5:00am - 12:30pm), Thursday (5:00am - 1:30pm) & Friday (5:00am - 1:30pm)

Purpose of the Role

• Operate and monitor machinery to ensure efficient operation
• Inspect products during and after production for quality, ensuring that they meet the required specifications
• Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
• Record production data and report any issues to supervisors

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or FMCG environment is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality
• Have a strong safety mindset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets
• The ability to work collaboratively as part of a high performing team
• Physically fit with the ability to lift and move up to 20kgs
