Linkeo is an international digital marketing agency founded in France, with operations across Europe, North America, and Australia. We specialise in web development, SEO, Google Ads (SEA), e-commerce solutions, and digital growth strategies for SMEs across multiple industries including construction, trades, professional services, and hospitality. As our Australian operations continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our commercial strategy and expand our presence in the Australian market.
Tasks and activities
Please note that this list is not exhaustive. It is subject to change according to the needs of the department and upon request of the person in charge.
Your mission: Plan, organise, direct, control and coordinate advertising, sales and marketing activities within organisations.
1. Responsibility and Organization
· Directing the development and implementation of sales strategies and setting sales targets
· Ensure BDM follows Linkeo Code of Conduct and Linkeo Sales methodology.
· Monday Sales Meeting is mandatory. Mondays and Tuesdays are office days. The rest of the week is spent on the road, with 8–10 face-to-face meetings per week.
· Prospecting techniques (cold/warm calling, referrals, networking, door knocking, etc.) are a key factor of BDM success. A limited number of leads per week are also provided by a telemarketing team.
· Manage clients' concerns and issues, liaising with internal teams when needed to ensure client satisfaction and long-term relationships.
2. Sales Performance, KPIs and Reporting
· Manage and update the monthly sales report.
· KPI monitoring: complete the BDM work log and weekly activity report.
· Prospecting activity: minimum of 100 calls per week, generating at least 4 self-generated appointments per week.
· New acquisition / productivity: minimum of 4 digital partnerships per month.
· Global conversion rate targets:
o 8% to 15% = GOOD
o 15% to 20% = EXCELLENT
· Sales targets:
o First full month target: $25k commissionable sales revenue
o Ongoing target: $35k/month commissionable sales revenue
3. Marketing & Digital Consulting Missions
· Act as a digital marketing advisor to clients by understanding their business, market positioning, objectives, and challenges.
· Provide strategic marketing recommendations tailored to each client, including digital communication strategies and online visibility solutions.
· Propose and sell adapted digital solutions such as:
o Website creation or optimization
o Digital communication strategies
o Community management and social media presence
o Online reputation (e-reputation) management
o Local visibility and digital acquisition solutions
· Following contract signature, conduct a dedicated kickoff marketing meeting with the client
· Ensure clear transmission of client expectations and project requirements to internal production to guarantee a smooth project launch.
· Maintain a consultative approach throughout the client relationship, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on evolving marketing needs.
· Develop services through the creation and reinforcement of brand image and e-reputation
4. Training and Support
· Initial onboarding and training covering technical knowledge, digital marketing solutions, and sales techniques.
· Ongoing training and continuous support from senior BDMs.
· Monthly training sessions with Linkeo international trainer.
· Weekly one-on-one meetings with the Sales Manager.
