Junior Agent

We are a Melbourne-based kids' talent agency representing some of Australia's most exciting young performers. We're seeking a Junior Agent / Talent Manager to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with industry experience who wants to develop their career in talent management, with plenty of room to grow — and the potential to earn commission.

About the Role

You'll work closely with the senior team to manage and develop our talent, liaise with casting professionals, and coordinate auditions and bookings. While the role starts home-based, there will be opportunities to transition into a hybrid working arrangement down the track.

Key Responsibilities

• Liaise with casting directors, producers, and industry professionals to submit and promote talent
• Manage audition requests, prepare and send briefs to talent
• Communicate effectively with talent and their families, ensuring professionalism and clarity
• Maintain and update talent profiles, CVs, and media
• Negotiate and confirm bookings in line with agency policies
• Assist in talent development, providing feedback and guidance
• Maintain strong relationships within the industry

About You

• Previous experience in the entertainment industry (casting, agency, production, or similar) – experience with children is not essential
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Confident using industry software, email, and online casting platforms
• Professional, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
• Based in Melbourne and available for occasional in-person meetings or events
