Woods & Co Recruitment are partnering with a well established restaurant based in Kew. We are excited to be recruiting a skilled and reliable Fish Filleter to join their team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in accuracy, consistency, and quality. You will work directly with the owner and play an important part in the daily preparation of fresh seafood.

What do you do?

  • Fillet and prepare a variety of fresh fish to restaurant standards
  • Maintain a safe, clean workspace and follow food hygiene procedures
  • Assist with daily prep, stock rotation, and freshness checks
  • Work closely with the owner and kitchen team to meet service needs
  • Ensure consistent quality and presentation across all cuts

What do you need?

  • Previous experience filleting fish in a restaurant or commercial kitchen
  • Strong knife skills and attention to detail
  • Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working independently
  • Ability to manage time well in a fast paced kitchen
  • Full Australian working rights
