• Position: Remote Bookkeeper / Virtual Assistant
• Location: Melbourne, VIC (Victoria), Australia Work From Home
• Employment Type: Part-time (34 hours per day)

Our client is a professional migration services firm helping individuals and families achieve their Australian visa and migration goals. They value accuracy, integrity, and exceptional service and are seeking someone who shares these values

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage accounts payable and receivable

- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records

- Prepare and maintain invoices, receipts, and expense reports

- Assist in preparing financial reports and BAS statements

- Monitor client payments and follow up on outstanding accounts

- Support administrative and bookkeeping tasks as needed

Requirements:

- Minimum 12 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience

- Must have Australian bookkeeping experience

- Proficient in Xero, MYOB, or QuickBooks

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Excellent communication and time management skills

- Knowledge of Australian accounting/bookkeeping standards

- Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently
