Qualifications & experience
- Law graduate or final year law student
- Previous experience in working at law firms is not essential but will be preferred
- Strong computer skills including microsoft, excel and adobe will be preferred
- Fluent in Korean both written and spoken will be preferrable but not essential
Tasks & responsibilities
- Handle a broad range of conveyancing matters with full accountability for preparing contracts, settlement figures, PEXA settlement and legal research
- Liaise with clients, real estate agents, mortgage lenders and solicitors at every stage of the transaction
- Oversee general administration, preparing tax invoices, correspondence and documents for clients and responding to queries
