Aeroklas Asia Pacific Group (AAPG) is seeking a dedicated Transport Planner to join our team and play a vital role in ensuring our transport operations run smoothly, safely, and cost-effectively in our Southern Region.

Your Role in Our Team:
As a Transport Planner, you will be responsible for scheduling vehicles, drivers, and routes to ensure timely, compliant, and cost-efficient deliveries across the Southern Region. Acting as a key link in the Chain of Responsibility (CoR), you'll balance compliance, customer service, and operational efficiency while adapting to changes in demand and resources.
You'll work closely with the Southern Region Warehouse Manager, Customer Service Team, Store Personnel, and the Warranty Team to ensure seamless operations, while supporting AAPG's commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate vehicle movements, drivers, and routes for safe and efficient deliveries.
- Manage Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) integration across transport, warehouse, and finance.
- Administer My Freight Connote for accurate consignment creation, tracking, and proof of delivery.
- Process and reconcile transport invoices using ExFlow.
- Validate customer addresses in D365 and ensure accuracy of delivery data.
- Optimise routes and load planning while ensuring compliance with load restraint guidelines.
- Conduct safety risk assessments on driveway management and driver loading zone compliance.
- Support AAPG's SAFE FOR ALL initiatives and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For:
- Strong understanding of warehouse management and transport procedures.
- Proficiency with inventory systems and controls.
- Forklift and order picker licence (advantageous).
- Strong computer and data management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
- Customer-focused approach with strong service ethic.
- Attention to detail, high energy, and a continuous improvement mindset.
- Ability to work extended hours when required.
