About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced
Branch Manager
who enjoys the cut and thrust of working in a highly competitive industry, to focus on growing the customer base, meeting and exceeding sales targets, delivering exceptional customer service and building successful relationships with our key customers and stakeholders.
Reporting to the Area Manager you will focus on optimising operational procedures and overall sales and profitability of the Branch. Ideally, you will have strong product knowledge and experience in the plumbing trade supplies/distribution industry. The successful candidate will have great people skills and a hands-on leadership style with prior experience leading and motivating a team of employees to achieve company goals.
