As a teacher at Lindisfarne Anglican Grammar School, you will be responsible for delivering quality teaching and learning experiences that develop students' learning potential. This is an exceptional opportunity for passionate educators dedicated to fostering a love of mathematics among students.

We have two full time positions available, with the option for one to be part time, depending on the successful candidate.

Key Responsibilities

• Planning and delivery of engaging lessons that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
• Monitoring student progress through data analysis and assessment outcomes, using this information to inform teaching practices and interventions.
• Encouraging an inclusive environment that celebrates diversity in literature and fosters critical thinking among students.
• Liaising with parents, carers and guardians to promote understanding of the importance of Mathematics education.

The salary will be commensurate with the successful applicant's skills, qualifications, and experience, based on the teaching salaries outlined in the Independent Schools NSW Teachers Cooperative Multi-Enterprise Agreement 2025 ($90,100 - $127,281).

• Exceptional proficiency and ability to teach across the full range of Mathematics subjects.
• Demonstrated understanding of Mathematics syllabus documents and assessment strategies.
• Demonstrated excellence and proficiency as a classroom teacher.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using educational technology and digital resources.

• A minimum five years of experience teaching Mathematics at a secondary level is preferred.
• Appropriate Bachelor's degree in education or a related field and NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA) accreditation.
• Ability to implement diverse teaching methodologies to cater to varied learning styles.
