We are growing fast and looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Team Member to join our brand-new crew. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic food industry team, learn all aspects of a modern fish and chip shop, and truly make your mark

About the Role:

As an All-Rounder, you'll be the heart of our operation. You'll jump in wherever needed in our fast-paced, supportive team. The ability to work independently and be an amazing team player is key. We provide full training for the right candidate with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

Your key duties will include:

  • Preparing and cooking our delicious, modern takeaway food.
  • Providing friendly and efficient customer service at the counter.
  • Assisting with food prep and kitchen organisation.
  • Handling and preparing fresh seafood (filleting training provided for the right candidate).
  • Maintaining impeccable cleanliness and food safety standards.
  • Handling cash and operating the till.
  • Working with the team to keep the shop running smoothly.

Bonus points if you have:

  • Previous experience in a fast-paced kitchen, hospitality, or retail.
  • A good understanding of seafood.
  • A food safety certificate, or a willingness to get one.
