Scientist (Chemist)

ChemCentre is seeking a highly motivated Chemist to join their Analytical Toxicology team, which supports the WA Police Toxicology and Coronial Toxicology programs.

The successful candidate will have a demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, and the ability to work in a high-paced team environment. A sound understanding of organic analytical chemistry relating to toxicological examinations is required for forensic investigations. Possession of a degree or higher qualification in Chemistry, or a relevant science with substantial chemistry components is essential.

This is a full-time position offered on a fixed term contract for 2 (two) years, with the possibility for extension or permanency and is based in Bentley, WA.
