Role Overview

We're looking for energetic, friendly and reliable team members to join our store. In this role you will work both front of house (serving customers, taking orders) and back of house (basic food preparation, clean-up), to help deliver a premium casual Japanese dining experience.

What you'll do

  • Greet customers and provide friendly, efficient service
  • Take orders, serve meals and respond to guest needs
  • Prepare and assist with food following Motto Motto standards
  • Maintain a clean, safe and organised work environment
  • Work as part of a team to keep things running smoothly

What we're looking for

  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn and work hard
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‐paced, casual dining environment
  • Good communication, reliable attendance and flexibility (weekends/evenings)
  • Some hospitality experience preferred but not required — full training provided
