About You:

You're a dynamic retail leader with a flair for fashion and a love for people.

  • You've got experience managing rosters, leading teams of 2+ staff members, and developing team performance

Desirable Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 2+ years in a leadership role in fashion retail (essential)
  • Must have Australian work rights or valid working visa
  • Strong personal style and excellent communication skills
  • Proven ability to exceed sales targets and KPIs
  • Organised, forward-thinking, and great at multitasking
  • Visual merchandising and styling expertise
  • Experience supporting marketing initiatives and in-store events
  • Strong operational skills including stock management, admin, and loss prevention awareness
  • Commercial acumen with budget and KPI awareness
  • Roster management and boutique operations know-how
