What You'll Be Doing:

Delivering friendly and professional customer services as well as assisting with dispensary tasks, including S2/S3 sales and general service

Assisting the pharmacist with accurate prescription dispensing

Handling stock control – ordering, rotating, and storing stock

Supporting Webster packing services for patients in the community

The Webster Packing Role Includes:

Running patient profiles using Fred My Pak

Dispensing medications via Fred Dispense

Packing and organising Webster packs for daily delivery

Liaising with doctors, specialists, and carers

Who We're Looking For:

• Previous dispensary technician experience is essential – experience with Fred Dispense and POSWorks software is preferred
• Webster packing experience is highly regarded
• Strong communication and customer service skills
