Who We're Looking For

We're searching for a Senior Musculoskeletal or Sports Physiotherapist who:

• Coaches, not just consults
• Prescribes strength training, not just bands.
• Communicates with confidence and clarity
• Treats and educates holistically
• Is caring, compassionate and charismatic

You will able to hit the ground running. You'll quickly build a full case load of private paying, loyal, engaged clients who value what you do. Because you get real outcomes

Your Clinical Strengths

You thrive in treating:

• Chronic pain and movement-related issues
• Joint restriction and stiffness
• De-conditioning or return to sport
• General population with diverse training goals (mums, tradies, runners, athletes & ex-athletes)

You're confident building strength-based rehab programs, while progressing rehab beyond the plinth, and delivering clear, motivating treatment plans.

The Framework You'll Step Into

Our model blends:

• 1:1 physio sessions + optional structured strength programming
• A private commercial gym + full rehab-to-performance integration equipment in a beautifully sunny, premium, 400 sqm private gym space
• Clear treatment pathways, rebooking systems, and BD Signature Systems
• Weekly team mentorship + performance-based support

What You'll Get

• Base salary of $100k-120K Excluding Super, PD and Bonus's.
• Professional Development of $2000 PA
• 38 Hour Week Monday to Friday with Flexible start and finishing times

About You

You'll be a great fit if you:

• Hold a Physiotherapy degree and current AHPRA registration
• Hold full Australian Working rights
• Have 3+ years' experience in private practice, MSK, rehab, or performance settings. Or, if back yourself as an up and coming physio super star, please apply.

• Communicate with clarity, care, and confidence
