Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Skin Therapist to join our exceptional team. In this role, you will provide innovative skincare treatments infused with the latest scientific advancements to deliver remarkable, lasting results.
As a Skin Therapist at Lisa Jane Skin and Beauty, you'll help clients sculpt their skincare journeys in our serene relaxation space.
Key Responsibilities:
-Conduct comprehensive skin analysis using advanced diagnostics to tailor science-backed treatment plans.
Execute a variety of result-driven skincare treatments, including facials, chemical peels, laser treatments and other high-impact therapies.
Educate clients on best practices and recommend scientifically proven skincare products to enhance their at-home regimen.
Maintain a cutting-edge knowledge base on the latest trends and developments in skin science and integrate them into client treatments.
Ensure your treatment area reflects the high standards of cleanliness and relaxation that Lisa Jane Skin and Beauty is known for.
Collaborate with our cohesive team to deliver holistic care and exceptional service experiences.
Uphold all health and safety protocols, ensuring client trust and satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Certified Skin Therapist with 2 years of experience delivering science-based skincare solutions.
Laser Safety Certificate
Deep understanding of dermatological science, skincare products, and treatment technologies.
Excellent communication skills and a strong drive to help clients achieve their beauty goals.
Passionate about delivering transformational results and enhancing overall client well-being.
A collaborative team player committed to maintaining the salon's culture of excellence.
