About Us:  Response Building Group is a construction company based in Murray Bridge specialising in commercial facility maintenance, preventative maintenance and safety upgrades. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality workmanship and exceptional service to our clients. We are currently looking for a skilled and reliable Carpenter / Multi-Skilled Tradesman to join our growing team. We complete all work within the Murray lands, Adelaide Hills, and Adelaide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform carpentry, plasterboard repairs, roofing, concrete
  • Work alongside other trades to ensure seamless project completion.
  • Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Read and interpret construction drawings.
  • Maintain a clean, safe work environment and adhere to all safety regulations.
  • Assist with material selection and site preparation as required.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve project goals.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to apprentices.

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience as a qualified trade in a construction environment.
  • Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, materials, and tools.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
  • Strong attention to detail and high-quality workmanship.
  • Good physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • WHS construction white card (mandatory).
  • Relevant trade qualification (Cert III in Carpentry or equivalent).
  • Valid driver's license (mandatory).
  • Ability to hold a Police Clearance and Working with Children Check.
