About the Role

We're seeking a motivated and experienced landscape maintenance professional to join our dynamic and fun team on the southern Gold Coast. This role starts as a Team Leader, managing small crews and ensuring high-quality results across our sites.

A few musts:

• Minimum 2 years' experience in landscape maintenance or gardening
• Australian Driver's licence
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a small team
• Good communication skills
• Friendly and able to develop good rapport with clients and our team
• Fit, reliable, and willing to work in all weather conditions
• Honest, hard-working, and takes pride in their work
