Financial Governance & Reporting

  • Ensure compliant, audit-ready statutory reporting.
  • Strengthen internal controls, governance frameworks, tax compliance and risk management.
  • Lead the development and delivery of monthly, quarterly and annual reporting packs.
  • Oversee BI dashboards, insights platforms and data integrity.

Performance Management & Commercial Insights

  • Lead FP&A to deliver accurate forecasting, scenario analysis and actionable commercial insights.
  • Partner with leaders across Operations, Marketing, Sales and Product on margin, pricing and investments.

  • Enhance and scale financial systems, with a focus on NetSuite optimisation and automation.
  • Drive ongoing process improvement to ensure accuracy, agility and scalability across finance.

About You

You are a proven finance executive with experience leading in complex, high-growth businesses (ideally within the e-commerce, retail or FMCG space). You bring a blend of strategic capability, operational discipline, and hands-on leadership.

You'll bring:

  • CA/CPA qualifications and more than 10 years' senior finance leadership experience.
  • A track record of leading end-to-end finance functions across international entities.
  • Strong experience in financial strategy, capital management, treasury, and governance.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence executives, boards, and cross-functional leaders.
  • Commercial acumen across FMCG, e-commerce, or high-growth / scale-up environments.
  • A passion for building high-performing teams and uplifting systems, processes and discipline.

Benefits

  • Executive-level influence within a fast-scaling Melbourne head office e-commerce brand.
  • Opportunity to build and shape the finance function of a high-growth, founder-led organisation.
