We are specifically looking for community aged care staff near -Jamestown

Role Overview:

We are seeking reliable and dedicated for Community Aged Care staff to join our team. In this role. The

role involves providing support with daily living activities, promoting independence, and encouraging social participation.

Provide personalised care and support to participants in their own homes. Help clients live independently and safely while building meaningful routines.

  • Assist with grooming, toileting, cleaning, meals, and medication.
  • Follow personalised support and health plans.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support.
  • Respect client preferences, privacy, and cultural needs.
  • Report concerns and changes in condition promptly.

About You

  • Minimum 6 months' experience or Cert III/IV in Aged Care, Home & Community or Disability, or related field
  • Experience working in in-home care
  • Strong understanding of professional boundaries, restrictive practices, and behaviour support
  • Able to set priorities, meet deadlines, and work under pressure with minimal supervision.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to work both autonomously and as part of a team.
  • DHS Aged Care, First Aid and CPR, Driver's Licence, Police Check and insured vehicle
