Workforce Planner – Full-Time | Immediate Start

Location: Mount Waverley, VIC

Our national installation and retail services workforce is backed by a dynamic corporate team based at our Head Office in Melbourne. To support our continued success, we're seeking an experienced Workforce Planner to join our team immediately. This role is key to ensuring our skilled workforce is deployed efficiently to meet project and client requirements while maintaining engagement and compliance.

About the Role:

You will coordinate daily workforce schedules, manage travel arrangements, and ensure projects are staffed appropriately. The role requires close collaboration with Project Managers, State Installation Managers, and team members.This is a full-time position based in Mount Waverley, requiring 2–3 days per week in the office. During the Christmas shutdown period, employees will either be on leave or may be required to work on designated days as needed

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Schedule and allocate staff to projects, ensuring coverage and efficiency
  • Optimise workforce deployment to meet project demands
  • Manage travel arrangements and calculate allowances where required
  • Communicate rosters and changes to managers and team members in a timely manner
  • Monitor team compliance, including licences, inductions, visas, and medical requirements
  • Maintain records of uniform allocation and workforce performance issues

Key Skills & Experience:

  • 1–2 years' experience in workforce scheduling, rostering, or similar
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and communicate clearly
  • Experience with time/attendance systems and Microsoft Office
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and resilient under pressure
