About The Role:

Our in-home Nurses deliver specialised, high quality nursing care to older Australians in client homes in our local communities.

As a Community Nurse, you will provide person-centred care to clients living independently in the community. You will be responsible for:

  • Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments and developing individualised care plans.
  • Delivering 1:1 in-home nursing care, including wound care, catheter care and insertion, and safe medication administration.
  • Supporting Home Care Package clients to maintain independence and enhance their wellbeing.
  • Working collaboratively with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver evidence-based, high-quality care.
About You

We are looking for someone who is not only clinically capable but also compassionate, empathetic and committed to making a difference. You will have:

  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
  • Experience in aged care or community nursing.
  • Strong assessment, planning and clinical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
