The Role

We're seeking a (
Senior+/Principal/Architect) Full-Stack Engineer
 to lead technical development of our AI-powered verification platform. This is a high-impact role perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and wants to shape the future of expert + AI verification systems. As our technical lead, you'll own the entire stack and shape the team - from React frontend to backend, AI integrations, and upcoming blockchain Layer 2 implementation. You'll architect scalable solutions, integrate cutting-edge AI models, and prepare our platform for decentralized blockchain deployment.

What You'll Do

Technical Leadership

• Lead full-stack development
  across the entire application stack
• Architect AI agent systems
  with multi-provider LLM integrations and agentic workflows
• Design blockchain Layer 2 integration
  for decentralized verification and reward distribution
• Build real-time systems
  for distributed verification networks

AI/ML Integration

• Design plugin-based agent architectures
  for autonomous question processing and verification
• Develop hybrid human-AI workflows
  with quality control and human oversight
• Implement multi-model strategies
  with dynamic selection and fallback mechanisms
• Build verification pipelines
  including fact-checking and claim extraction

Blockchain Development

• Architect decentralized solutions for token incentives and rewards across L1 and L2
• Token design and cryptographic protocol implementation
• Implement Proof of Personhood (PoP) verification systems

System Architecture

• Design event-driven architectures
  with domain events and real-time cache invalidation
• Scale database systems
  with query optimization and connection pooling
• Implement fair competition protocols
  (e.g., Commit-Reveal) for multi-agent systems
• Build extensible plugin systems
  for modular agent implementations

What You Bring

Required Technical Skills

• Full-stack development
  (5+ years) with strong TypeScript proficiency, Python for AI/ML/Algorithm development and Go or Rust or C/C++ for high performance node development.
• Modern frontend architecture
  with component libraries and advanced state management patterns
• Backend API design
  with real-time communication (SSE, WebSocket)
• Database design
  with ORMs, complex queries, and migration strategies
• LLM integration
  experience building applications with AI providers and agentic frameworks
• Blockchain fundamentals
