Golf Professional- Noosa Hills Par 3

Purpose of the Role

The Golf Professional is responsible for promoting golf, membership, and tuition at Noosa Hills par 3. This role requires a person who is passionate about the game, Noosa Hills and customer service.

Build the brand that is Noosa Hills Par 3 and Noosa Mini Golf.

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Service:

Guest Experience: Provide exceptional customer service by warmly welcoming guests, answering questions, and resolving any concerns promptly and professionally

Events & Promotions: Manage bookings and organisation of special events.

Competition Management: Promoting competition participation, organising events, handicapping and onboarding of new members.

2. Operational Oversight:

Course & Facility Maintenance: Ensure your workplace is maintained to a high standard. This includes golf carts, hire equipment and the club house and its surrounds.

Inventory & Product Management: Monitor and optimise stock levels with a focus on sales and enhancing the customer experience. Assist with stock takes when required.

Golf and Cart Bookings: Assist with the day-to-day management of cart hire and group bookings. Ensuring the correct information is taken to enhance the guest experience. Cart maintenance and cleanliness.

Hire Club Maintenance and Management: Ensure hire equipment is maintained clean and ready to be rehired when required.

3. Private lessons and clinics.

Provide introductory clinics as part of your weekly responsibilities.

Provide private golf lessons.

4. Membership: Promote Membership at Noosa hills with the aim to grow the membership through an elevated customer experience.

Core competencies

Excellent presentation and customer service skills

PGA Membership and the ability to conduct lessons and clinics

Able to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays

Responsible service of alcohol
