About The Role
As a Business Systems Analyst Specialist, you'll act as the voice of the customer to ensure that our teams continue to deliver more best-in-breed products that advance the way we pay, bank and invest. You'll work as part of a team in a scrum setting and must be a self- motivated, proactive, and out-of-the-box thinker.
About The Team
As part of a dedicated team supporting a major client within the payments sector you will provide in-depth technical support and guidance. What you will be doing~
- Identifying strategies as well as improvement opportunities while also reengineering processes for greater efficiency
- Providing specialised technical support for payment schemes and channels
- Selecting hardware, software and vendors
- Conducting tests to ensure changes made by programmers are correct
What You Will Need
- Solid, proven experience with Australian payment channels and platforms including sound experience working with debit schemes and authorisation
- Sound technical skills with payment operations, scheme fees
- Knowledge of financial services industry and an understanding of end-to-end systems development life cycles
- A bachelor's in computer science or information systems or equivalent experience – Master's degree is desirable
