What We're Looking For in You:

  • Cert III or IV in Aged Care or Individual Support (Ageing)/Cert III Health Services Assistant
  • Recent National Police Check (issued within 12 months)
  • Genuine empathy that shines through your care
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • A true team player who thrives on collaboration
  • Passion for continuous learning and improvement
  • Whole-person awareness (physical, social, emotional)
  • Excellent time management and tech skills
  • Sharp clinical judgment and problem-solving ability

About the Role:

  • Provide daily personal care and support to residents
  • Keep accurate records and documentation
  • Communicate professionally with residents, families, and staff
  • Maintain privacy and handle feedback or changes sensitively
  • Work flexible shifts: mornings, afternoons, and nights
  • Need reliable candidates available weekdays and weekends for permanent part-time
