Your New Opportunity

Reporting to the Finance Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting financial operations across our Soil Reuse & Recycling sites in multiple states. Your analytical mindset and commercial acumen will support strategic decision-making, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and strong financial governance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare annual budgets, financial statements, and monthly cash flow forecasts in partnership with the management team
  • Deliver weekly forecasts and monthly reporting with detailed variance analysis against budget
  • Maintain and enhance internal controls, financial reporting, and cash and credit management processes
  • Analyse financial data to identify opportunities, support business improvement, and provide actionable insights
  • Assist with external audits and follow up on audit actions
  • Support payroll, timekeeping, and timely balance sheet reconciliations
About You
  • CPA or CA qualified (or actively working towards certification) with 2–3 years' experience, ideally in manufacturing, construction, or heavy industry
  • Demonstrated experience in budgeting, financial and management reporting, and variance analysis
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into meaningful business insights
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial systems; experience with Microsoft Navision, Business Central, Power BI, or Workday Adaptive will be highly regarded
  • A proactive, self-motivated professional who thrives both independently and in a team environment, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills
